We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through booking, contact, or “Join Our Team” forms — including your name, phone number, email, and event or other inquiry details. We may also collect limited device or browser metadata for internal use only.

3. Marketing and Promotions
By agreeing to this privacy policy, you consent to receive occasional updates or offers via email.
You may opt out at any time by replying “Unsubscribe” or contacting us through the app.
4. Payment Handling
All payments are processed securely via Square. The app does not store or handle payment details.
Our office reviews all booking submissions and manually sends invoices to you. Invoices are typically paid at the event, but a secure Square payment code may be provided by our office to use within the app once your event and its details are decided and your invoice has been confirmed.
⚠️ Late cancellations after invoice payments may incur a $25 processing fee due to Square’s transaction costs.
5. MailerSend and Internal Message Routing
Messages submitted through the Booking, Contact Us, or Join Our Team sections are routed internally using MailerSend for secure delivery. These messages are only accessed by our staff for coordination purposes.
“Join Our Team” submissions do not represent formal job applications.
Ninja Snowballs uses a third-party staffing agency to contract event workers. These submissions are treated as expressions of interest only. We may refer interested individuals to our staffing agency, who handles hiring decisions.
We reserve the right to use or decline any staffing referrals.
6. Data Security and Sharing
We do not sell or share your information with any external entities.
All data remains internal and is protected with appropriate security protocols.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Since no bookings are finalized through the app alone, the cancellation and refund policy will be clearly outlined in your invoice and must be agreed to before the event is confirmed.
Prepayment using our app is only possible with a code provided by our office after you approve the invoice we work out with you (see section 4).

We do not publicly list our email address to prevent spam.
10. Location Notice
To protect against spam and ensure compliance with state and federal licensing, this app checks your general region using public IP address geolocation when accessing certain features (Booking, Contact, Join Us).
We do not use or request GPS access.
Your region is not stored or shared, and this information is used only to ensure Ninja Snowballs is operating within authorized service areas.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Major changes will be noted within app updates.
